Our house cleaning services start at $135. Many apartments and smaller houses are often completed within the $135–$180 range, depending on their condition and the amount of work needed.
Larger houses are usually priced after the first cleaning, once we can better evaluate the scope of work. After the initial visit, recurring cleanings become easier to predict and price.
For first-time or one-time cleanings we charge $45 per hour per person.
Our rate includes not only the cleaning itself, but also travel, professional equipment, carefully selected cleaning products, and the everyday operating costs of running a reliable small business.
We can provide a rough estimate based on square footage and the number of rooms, however the final recurring price is confirmed after the first visit once the workload becomes predictable.
We don’t use bait-and-switch pricing tactics. Honesty is our standard.
